Marion Shaffer, Owner / Creative Director
I started doing fun/glam photo shoots for my girls at Art Of The Catwalk and ended up finding such amazing makeup and hair stylists that I had no other choice but to open the new Catwalk Salon. I am so excited and inspired by our stylists, they are the definition of true talent. I can't wait to share them with the world.

Alexis Cintearia, Makeup Artist / Full Specialist / Couture Nail Art / Pedicure Specialist
A fresh face in the beauty industry, Alexis already has quite a lot to be proud of. Her skills and talent were recognized immediately. Alexis has participated in several large scale photo-shoots and worked with top notch photographers and video producers. She works as a professional Makeup Artist and loves pampering her clients at our nail bar. The next time you want to look your very best we recommend you make an appointment with this gorgeous all natural girl.

Andre' LeMieux, Stylist
If you desire "Magazine Cover" hair we suggest you meet Andre'. This man was born to work in this industry and he expresses himself as a talented and accomplished hairstylist Andre' has always been passionate about making people look their best. Having the opportunity to meet and work with so many different people has allowed him to express himself with his creativity and attention to detail. His success is what has kept him driven to succeed. He enjoys learning new techniques and styles and spending time building relationships with his clientele.

Brianna Jones, Stylist
Brianna is full of creativity, enthusiasm, and ambition, of which she attributes to her South Florida upbringing and her Barbadian Heritage. Ever since she was a little girl playing with dolls she knew that the beauty/fashion industry's glamorous lifestyle was something she was passionate about. Brianna is a student at Florida A&M University and a Graduate of The Aveda Institute. Her Professional training provided a solid foundation that continues to keep her career successful and progressive. She prides herself in being a "Jill of all trades" and her specialties range from cutting, coloring, extensions, waxing, & High Fashion makeup. "My main goals are to provide my clientele with great services and experience, in addition to promoting healthy hair care, growth, and maintenance. I don't feel like I can ever learn enough when it comes to the industry, it's constantly growing and evolving and I am always eager for new information to improve my skills."

Chelsea Fox, Stylist
Chelsea was raised in the artsy town of Sarasota Florida. Inspired by her two Aunts who are cosmetologist and one who was a platform artist for Redken, she quickly found where her passion lies. Driven to succeed Chelsea moved to Tallahassee to jump start her career in the beauty industry at the Aveda Institute. Not only was she a student, she became an employee at the Aveda Institute after showing her astounding guest recruiting skills. After winning the Edwin Neil Hair Cutting Competition, Chelsea was privileged to represent Tallahassee Aveda while working a photoshoot with Paul Villenueve and Paulo Figueiredo at the Premiere Hair show 2012 in Orlando Florida. Graduating top of her class she won Best Attendance as well as Highest Retail Per a Client Ticket Award. Her long term goal is to do hair and makeup in New York City but in the mean while she is staying in Tallahassee to grow and learn from Marion Shaffer.

Patricia Vernet, Couture Nail Design & Pedicure Specialist
Growing up in South Florida, surrounded by fashion and beauty Patricia realized her calling. She's held her professional license since she was just a teenager and 8 years later she's even more passionate about beautiful nails. She treats each customer with care and their fingers and toes as a canvas for her artwork. Her attention to detail is unmatched and her certifications and continuing education in her craft prove she's a top notch professional. She aspires to be the trendsetter in her industry.

History

Over the years the Art of the Catwalk Studios has become the premier spot in Tallahassee for women. The studio became well known in the community as the place to come to get your sexy back. Since opening our doors in 2007 we have brought trends from across the nation to Tallahassee. Being so cutting edge in a small city we have attracted some of the nations top photographers wanting to shoot their clients in our studio. Hundreds of photoshoots later the studio had become a haven for hair stylists, and makeup artists. These people wanted to work with the freedoms that come along with the trendsetting creativity the Catwalk harnesses.

Tallahassee is known for having some of the most beautiful women in the nation and these talented photographers were begging to shoot our clients. The founder of Art of the Catwalk, Marion Shaffer, developed relationships with these industry professionals. She felt the next step was to gather her network of experts under one roof to service her clientele. The Catwalk Salon was developed shortly after Marion observed the potential to offer Tallahassee cutting edge hairstyles, color techniques and expert extensions. Our creative staff can help you achieve any glamorous look you desire.
